Inclusion
What is included:
- 4 hours of private tour with LOCAL licensed guide in English for up to 5 persons
- A bottle of mineral water for each participant
What is NOT included:
- Private transportation / driver
- Accident Insurance Coverage/Liabilities
- Entrance tickets to attractions
Late Arrivals
We will wait up to 30 minutes for late guests. No extension of tour time will be provided for late arrivals.
Weather
Rain or shine, the tour will proceed. However please bring your own umbrellas to be prepared for the elements.
Cancellation
Please note that all bookings have the following cancellation policy unless otherwise specified at the time of booking
Terms of Cancellation:
- 100% refund for cancellation 48 hours before tour start, minus payment processing fees
- No-show will not be eligible for refund
- If you have provided incorrect personal contact or pick-up information you will not be eligible for refund
Reschedule
Terms of Rescheduling:
- You may request to reschedule your booking 48 hours before departure. Rescheduling will be accommodated based on availability
- A rescheduling fee may apply to each change subject to operator

Indemnity and Limitation of Liability
We do our best to make every tour smooth and enjoyable. However, some things are beyond our control: such as sudden attraction closures, or other unexpected events. In such cases, we’ll do our best to adjust the itinerary, but refunds or compensation may not always be possible.
By joining the tour, you agree to take personal responsibility for your safety and belongings. We can’t be held liable for any loss, injury, illness, or damage that happens before, during, or after the tour.
You also agree to release and indemnify us from any claims or expenses resulting from your own actions or breach of these terms. We highly recommend having personal travel insurance for peace of mind.
